Bharosi কি আরেকটা দালাল? টাকা লাগবে?

Drivers: never. Bharosi will never charge a driver commission, percentage, signup fee, or salary cut. Dalals routinely take one to two months of a driver's salary — Bharosi takes zero.

Fleet owners: a planned ₹1,499 / month subscription at launch. No per-hire fees and no markup on driver salaries. Final pricing confirmed during onboarding.

Bharosi কখন চালু হবে?

We are pre-launch right now. Verified driver verification partners, owner GST checks, and the closed-network rules are being finalised.

When onboarding opens for your role + city, we send a single WhatsApp message — only one. Waitlist position influences invitation order.

WhatsApp না থাকলে কী হবে?

Email is the optional second field on the waitlist form. If you don't use WhatsApp, leave your email there and we'll send the launch message that way.

If you're a fleet owner without WhatsApp, the same applies — email works.

কী কী ডকুমেন্ট লাগবে?

At waitlist signup: just a WhatsApp / mobile number. Nothing else.

At verification (after we invite you): your driving licence (verified through DigiLocker, consent-based) and an Aadhaar offline XML proof. Optional: experience records and owner references.

Bharosi will not ask for original document scans over email or WhatsApp before the official onboarding flow opens.

Aadhaar দিতে হবে?

At waitlist signup: never. Just your WhatsApp number.

At verification: Bharosi uses Aadhaar offline XML, which is the lawful, consent-based method. The Aadhaar UID number itself is never stored on Bharosi servers — that is legally restricted to notified entities, which we are not.

Anyone asking you for an Aadhaar UID by SMS, WhatsApp, or email claiming to be from Bharosi is a fraud. Report it to hello@bharosi.com.

ড্রাইভার যাচাই আসলে কীভাবে হয়?

Driver side: DL is checked via DigiLocker. Identity is checked via Aadhaar offline XML. Work history comes from owner references — actual phone calls or messages to previous fleet owners.

Owner side: GST registration and business identity are checked. Bharosi keeps the network closed to verified owners; no walk-ins, no anonymous postings.

The Tulsi Green checkmark only appears on records that have actually been checked. We will not mark something verified that is not.

Closed, verified network on both sides — drivers and owners. Not an open marketplace.

No commission, ever, on drivers. Owners pay a flat monthly subscription, not a per-hire fee.

Owner-side peer references replace dalal-driven hearsay. The product is built around retention — keeping good drivers — not just filling one urgent seat.

Bilingual by default (Bengali + English at launch in West Bengal; Hindi + more languages as our actual users tell us which corridors they drive).

আমার তথ্য কি বিক্রি করেন?

No. Bharosi does not sell waitlist details. Your phone number is not published anywhere on the platform.

Verified driver records are visible only to verified fleet owners during a hiring conversation, and only the relevant fields — not your full record at once.

আমার তথ্য কীভাবে মুছবেন?

Email hello@bharosi.com with the WhatsApp number you used and the line: 'delete my waitlist record'. We process within 7 working days, subject to fraud-prevention requirements.

After launch, you can also reply STOP to the launch WhatsApp message. That removes you from the launch list.
