Pre-launch serviceBharosi is not fully launched yet

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, job placement, driver availability, or a commercial relationship. We may invite users in batches by city, role, or verification readiness.

Sahi jaankariYou must provide truthful details

Drivers, owners, and partners must submit accurate information. False identity, fake references, forged documents, or misuse of another person's details can lead to removal.

Verification ka matlabVerification is a trust signal, not a guarantee

Bharosi checks records and references using available methods, but no verification process can guarantee future conduct, job performance, payment, or retention.

Respectful conductNo harassment or exploitation

Users must not harass, threaten, discriminate, exploit, or pressure drivers or owners. Bharosi may suspend access where conduct weakens trust or safety.

No Aadhaar UID storageSensitive identity rules

Users should not send Aadhaar UID numbers over email, WhatsApp, or unsupported channels. Bharosi will use lawful verification flows and minimum necessary data.

PricingOwner subscription

The planned SMB fleet owner subscription is Rs 1,499 per month. Final pricing, billing dates, cancellations, and taxes will be confirmed before paid access begins.

ChangesTerms may change before launch

Because Bharosi is pre-launch, we may update these terms as the product, verification partners, and operating model mature. The latest version will be posted here.
